Helen runs a brilliant online company which delivers knitting kits to novice (and intermediate) knitters. She reached out as she felt she was lacking clarity with her marketing in general and was seeking creative input to help with strategy, content, design and ideas.
Helen chose to work with me on a 'Power-up Package' basis which meant that we met up for three marketing sessions. Initially, I focussed on planning for Helen to enable her to see some structure within her monthly marketing planning which she found helpful and has successfully continued since we put the structure in place.
We also identified that Helen's mailing list is the key to her sales and adapted them to create a format that while flexible, enabled her to work on her content pillars and generally tell a clear story about her business and products which in turn would encourage her to send them more frequently.
Once we agreed on what Helen needed, I got creative with her brand to support her to push it out further on her channels, producing new formats for her to use and again this has been something Helen has been able to implement consistently.
